It offers straightforward login options, enables users to request prescription renewals, and provides notifications about renewed prescriptions. Functionality is being expanded gradually to include additional features.

Receiving notifications about new and renewed prescriptions
Accessing records from doctors and nurses
Viewing laboratory test results
Logging in easily and securely using a personal PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition

The OmaKanta application will also introduce features that allow users to:

Receive notifications about new laboratory requests and results
Get alerts regarding new entries from healthcare professionals

All functionalities of OmaKanta are currently available through the OmaKanta web portal, which can be accessed at www.kanta.fi.
